The Royal Bank
of Scotland have issued new merchant ids for all their card
processing customers. This is due to the transfer of the card
services function to the NatWest Streamline system. All RBS
customers will require an update and reconfiguration of their
software to communicate to the new service with the newly
issued merchant id. Please contact us if you have received
confirmation of your new merchant id from Streamline services
in order to organise the changeover. The change is processed
as if it was a change of acquirer.
