On-site EPOS system maintenance may be provided throughout the UK and Eire with contracts tailored to suit customers specific requirements. Major emphasis is placed on 'first time fix' by ensuring engineers have the correct spares to achieve this, including 'swap-out' units where appropriate. Regional spares holdings are replenished daily from the National Service Centre in Brighouse (Leeds), Yorkshire.
