Kings Langley Services Club are a long established members club who decided to invest in a new EPOS solution using the very latest IPOS Club system technology.

The solution uses Poswyse software that takes full advantage of the new Tysso Zenis touch screen pos terminal with 2nd customer screen and also contactless smart card readers for the new club member system.

New features requested by the club were included in Poswyse Software which is developed by ECR Concepts Software as part of the project.

The advantage of the Zenis POS terminal with customer screen means members can see a detailed list of drinks purchased and also when the POS terminal is not being operated a rolling display of adverts is shown to customers. Kings Langley Services Club take full advantage of this option as they can sell the advertising space to local businesses to provide an extra revenue stream.

The use of contactless smart card readers also means the transaction process is very quick to identify a member sale and is much more reliable than using magnetic swipe cards. Poswyse software is designed to automatically switch to member prices when the card is presented to the reader.

Poswyse software also uses a system called ‘transaction pipe’ which updates the sales information in real-time after each transaction. This means accurate, up to date sales data is available on the back office computer which shows each members, group sales including function sales data.

The HospiTouch is an alphanumeric keyboard with a glass surface for use in medical applications. Special capacitive sensors execute the relevant key codes when the surface is touched. For optimum use, this keyboard is also equipped with an integrated glide pad. The technology used can also be operated when wearing surgical gloves. Morecambe and District Rambling Club are inviting people to try out walking in some of the most picturesque areas of the Lake District and North Yorkshire.

The walks are lead by experienced members and you can choose from three grades A, B and C for each walk.

The club organises collection points in the Morecambe ,Lancaster and Carnforth area and you travel by coach to and from the walk destination for the modest fee of £8.

The salesperson will be provided with sales leads for the Retail and Hospitality EPOS systems market and be expected to carry out the complete sales process and be able to install and support the systems they sell. The EPOS systems are computer based and training on the EPOS software and sales benefits will be provided.
Candidates will possess proven technical experience with EPOS solutions in the Retail and Hospitality market. You will be a hard worker, confident, assertive with the appetite to succeed and join an organisation that is using recent contract wins to increase their market share.

In return the successful Technical Sales Executive will receive a base salary + commission + car + expenses.

The Technical Sales Executive position is available from September 2011.
